Because growth should be empowering, not overwhelming, Axilerator exists to help small business owners and entrepreneurs unlock new possibilities, strengthen their capabilities and take their businesses further than they thought possible.
The name AXILERATOR brings together two ideas:
Axis represents direction, perspective, beliefs and the point around which movement is organised.
Accelerator represents the conditions that enable movement and development.
Together, they express the idea that progress requires both direction and momentum. Moving faster is not necessarily progress if the direction is wrong; equally, having a clear direction means little without the ability to act.
That balance underpins the thinking behind Axilerator.
Through experience across strategic development, business development, sales, leadership, organisational change and entrepreneurship, one thing became clear: having ambition and potential does not automatically make the journey of growth straightforward. Business owners and entrepreneurs often face the challenge of moving forward while managing competing demands, navigating uncertainty and developing capabilities along the way.
We believe growth should be about more than doing more or working harder. It should create new possibilities, strengthen capability and give people the confidence to take their ambitions further.
That is why Axilerator exists: to help business owners and entrepreneurs overcome the barriers holding them back, build on their strengths and achieve the extra mile.
